This Privacy Policy explains how FiTech ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or engage us for services.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), the type of inquiry, and your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We do not collect payment card details through our website.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver engagements, send project-related communication, and, if you’ve subscribed, send occasional updates about our services. We do not sell your information to third parties.
For active engagements, we may access systems, code, or business data you share with us as necessary to deliver the work. This data is treated as confidential under the terms of your engagement agreement and is not used for any purpose beyond delivering your project unless you agree otherwise.
Contact form submissions and related records are stored in a secured database with access limited to our team. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, consistent with our own cybersecurity practice.
Our website may use basic analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. These do not collect sensitive personal information. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We work with clients both within Ghana and internationally. By submitting information to us from outside Ghana, you consent to your information being processed in Ghana, where our servers and team are primarily based.
